To Ak Chocolate is born from the process of DNA testing which matches the morphological and colour profile of Nacional cacao. Each bar of chocolate is presented in a box crafted from Spanish Elm, which is hand-wrapped and numbered. After the visual feast comes the taste test, which serves to tell a story of chocolate in its purest, most luxurious form. This is chocolate, but not as we know it.
